Cancellation Policy
At Expand Wellness, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure that we can serve all our clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the appointment fee. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will also result in a charge of 100% of the appointment fee. Exceptions: We understand that life happens and emergencies can pop up so don't hesitate to reach out if this is the case. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
