CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK

Restore yourself in a way that rest can't reach.

Some things don't move through talking, thinking, or waiting them out. They sit underneath - as tension you can't shake, emotion that won't quite settle, a reactiveness that isn't really you, a sense of being disconnected from yourself.

This kind of holding lives in the body. And the body needs a way to move it.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is that way. It's powerful work, and it can be cathartic. You stay with the breath, and what's been stuck - tension, stress, old emotion - gets a chance to release. No performance. No pushing. Just the breath, your body, and the support to let it do what it already knows how to do.

This class can help you:

  • Release tension you've been carrying for longer than you realised

  • Move stuck or unprocessed emotion without having to talk it through

  • Sleep more deeply in the nights that follow

  • Come back to yourself - clearer, lighter, more present

Each class includes a grounded opening, guided breathwork with hands-on support where welcome. There is plenty of time at the end to integrate, let your system settle and take your time coming back into the room.

Twelve people, every second Monday, 7pm–8:30pm.

St. Canice's Community Hall, Kilkenny.

Investment: €30

Deeper Dive Breathwork

Some things can't be talked through. They have to move.

There's a point where you know that. You've done the thinking, the reading, the therapy. You understand what's going on. But something underneath still hasn't shifted - and you can feel it holding you back or keeping you stuck.

The Deeper Dive is for that.

Where our fortnightly classes use a softer breath as a gentle entry point - this is different. It takes you further into the body, and further into what's been held there. Anger that hasn't had anywhere to go. Frustration that keeps surfacing. Grief, old patterns, the weight of something you haven't been able to name.

It's powerful work, and it is often cathartic. You stay with the breath, and what's underneath gets the room to come up and release. Not through analysis. Not through effort. Through the breath.

What the session includes:

  • A somatic opening - slow movement and body-based practices to help you arrive and settle before the breath begins

  • A deep, connected breathwork journey - immersive, intentional, and fully supported throughout

  • Time afterwards to land - conversation, space with the practitioners, and no rush to leave before you're ready

This is for you if:

  • You've been to our fortnightly classes and feel ready to go further

  • You're carrying anger, frustration, or grief that hasn't had a way to move

  • You're at a point in your life where something is asking to shift

A small group of six people - these sessions are 2 hours

Held in our studio in Kilkenny.

Investment: €70

"The Breathwork class really made me appreciate the important things in life"

I can't recommend Simon's Breathwork Class for Men enough. He was attentive and his calm personality set the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. After a busy week, the session was exactly what I needed to unwind, clear my mind, and shut off from the busy world. I left feeling refreshed and energised for the week ahead.
