Meet Gráinne
Gráinne is a Somatic Alignment Practitioner, Breathwork Coach, Reflexologist, and Energy Worker who supports people as they navigate stress, emotional pain, and the impact of past experiences on the body.

Her own introduction to holistic therapies began during a period of depression, stress, and anxiety. Reflexology was the first step that helped her feel a shift. From there, a genuine curiosity about healing grew, leading her to explore the somatic and breathwork practices she now shares with others.

Gráinne’s work is grounded in the understanding that the body holds our stories - and that unresolved stress or emotion can shape how we feel, think, and move through the world. Her approach centres on compassion, presence, and meeting each person where they are, with an emphasis on supporting the nervous system and addressing the roots of imbalance rather than just the symptoms.

Each offering is designed to support emotional release, regulation, and a deeper connection to self - helping clients access their own inner resources and return to a more settled, authentic way of being.

Meet Simon
Simon is a Somatic Alignment Practitioner and Breathwork Coach who supports people in reconnecting with themselves and finding more ease in their day-to-day lives.

His introduction to breathwork came during a period of personal stress, when a single session offered a level of calm and clarity he hadn’t experienced in years. The impact of that experience led him to explore breathwork more deeply, integrate it into his own life, and eventually train so he could share the practice with others.
â
With a background in coaching team sports, Simon brings a grounded, steady presence to his work. He combines clear guidance with an understanding of how to meet people where they are - particularly those navigating overwhelm, anxiety, or difficulty slowing the mind.

Simon offers Somatic Breathwork and Somatic Alignment sessions. His approach is supportive, practical, and rooted in helping clients access their own capacity for regulation, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.

OUR STORY
Like many of the people we now support, we’ve known what it feels like to carry stress, anxiety and disconnection in the body. For years, we searched for ways to ease the weight of anxiety, overwhelm, and unresolved emotions.
Discovering breathwork, somatic practices and neuroeducation changed everything - helping us find regulation, understanding and a sense of coming home. That personal transformation is what led us here. It’s why we do this work: because we’ve lived it ourselves.
