Align is a guided six-week journey that uses breathwork, nervous system awareness, and self-reflection to support deeper connection with yourself. This is a slower, more spacious process than the mini programmes. It’s designed to meet you over time, allowing layers to unfold rather than trying to move you toward an outcome. Each week offers guided breathwork, reflective prompts, and simple somatic practices. The focus is not on fixing or improving yourself, but on understanding how your body, emotions, and nervous system have learned to respond to life. You’ll explore how your inner world has been shaped, how patterns and responses make sense in context, and how to meet yourself with more honesty, compassion, and presence. Align is about coming back into relationship with yourself – gently, steadily, and at your own pace.
