CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK

Integrate Breath, Body, and Emotional Awareness

In-person Group Session

 

This in-person group session blends Conscious Connected Breathwork with somatic guidance to support deep reconnection with the body and nervous system.

Through breath, awareness, and gentle hands-on support, the session creates space for held tension, stress, and unprocessed emotion to move and integrate in a way that feels contained and supportive.

 

This is breathwork designed to go deeper - not by pushing, but by listening to the body and working with its natural rhythms. Rather than focusing on performance or peak experiences, the emphasis is on regulation, awareness, and allowing what’s ready to emerge.

This session can support you to:

  • Gently release tension, stress, or unprocessed emotion

  • Support nervous system regulation and emotional integration

  • Reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence and inner clarity

  • Feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself

Each session includes preparation, guided breathwork, intuitive hands-on support, and time for integration afterwards, helping your system make sense of the experience rather than rushing on.

Whether you’re moving through emotional layers or simply seeking a deeper sense of connection and clarity, this is a powerful and supportive practice for embodied healing.

Small Group Sessions

Deeper Dive Breathwork

Some things can't be talked through. They have to move.

This is breathwork at a different depth.

Where our regular classes offer you a doorway in, this is a longer, more intentional journey — designed for those who feel ready to go beneath the surface and release what's been quietly held.

Informed by the work of practitioners like Josh Connolly, this experience works with the body's own intelligence to access and move through emotion, tension, and stored experience. Not through analysis. Not through effort. Through breath.

What to expect

We open with somatic work — gentle movement and body-based practices to help you arrive, settle, and prepare your nervous system before the breathwork begins.

From there, you'll be guided into a deep, connected breathwork journey. This is immersive, intentional, and held with full support throughout.

We close with time for integration and reflection — space to process what came up, to land back in your body, and to carry the experience with you.
