About the event
There's a particular kind of exhaustion that a lot of men are carrying right now.
Not just tired — though that too. But a flatness. A sense of going through the motions. Doing everything you're supposed to do and still feeling like something's off. Like you're running on fumes but can't justify stopping, because on paper, everything's fine.
Most men were never taught to process stress — they were taught to manage it. Push through it. Outwork it. And for a long time, that works. Until it doesn't.
The tension starts living in the body. The shoulders that won't drop. The jaw that's always tight. The sleep that doesn't restore you. The irritability that arrives before you've even had a reason to be irritable. The disconnection — from the people you love, from what used to matter, from yourself.
