African Reflexology is a gentler form of Reflexology where the therapist works both feet together to bring balance back into body. It's a fantastic treatment that can be used to assist with any imbalance within the body including the following: -Stress, Anxiety, low-mood -Sleep disturbances/imbalances -Irregular menstural cycle/PMS -Adrenal Fatigue/low energy -Digestive imbalances eg. IBS symptoms -Physical pain/tension Many people use Reflexology as a preventative complimentary therapy to ensure optimum health.
Cancellation Policy
At Expand Wellness, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure that we can serve all our clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will also result in a charge of 100% of the appointment fee. Exceptions: We understand that life happens and emergencies can pop up so don't hesitate to reach out if this is the case. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
