Somatic Alignment works directly with your nervous system helping your body release what it's been holding onto, so you can start to feel lighter, breathe more freely, and find your way back to yourself.
No prior experience needed. Just a willingness to slow down and listen.
1:1 Sessions
Space that's entirely yours.
One-to-one sessions are for when you're ready to go deeper — with proper time, proper attention, and a pace that's led by what your body actually needs.
We work with your nervous system directly: noticing where you're holding tension, where you've shut down, where there's room to soften. Over time, clients describe feeling like a weight has lifted, or that they can finally breathe again — not because we fixed something, but because their body remembered it knew how.
People come to 1:1 sessions for all kinds of reasons: anxiety, burnout, feeling numb or disconnected, a big life change, or simply a sense that something needs to shift but they can't name what. You don't need to arrive with the right words. You just need to show up.
Sessions are held in our studio in Kilkenny.
Small Group Sessions
Supported, not on your own.
Small group sessions bring the same body-based, nervous system approach into a shared space — kept deliberately small so the room stays calm and everyone gets proper attention.
There's something quietly powerful about doing this kind of work alongside others. It reminds you that what you're feeling isn't unusual, and that you're not the only one finding it hard to get back to yourself.
A good starting point if you're curious about somatic work and want to try it in a low-pressure setting.
