Somatic Alignment is a gentle, body-based practice that supports the nervous system and the body to move back towards balance.
Many people live with ongoing physical or emotional symptoms that don’t have a clear explanation. Often, these experiences are linked to long-term stress, trauma, or nervous system dysregulation, even when nothing appears “wrong” on the surface.
These in-person sessions blend breath, intuitive movement, and body-based inquiry through direct and reflex areas, supporting the body to release stored tension and respond differently to stress over time.
Rather than focusing on symptoms or analysing your story, we work with what your body is communicating in the present moment, supporting regulation, resilience, and a deeper sense of connection at your own pace.
