About the event
Life asks a lot of you. You show up for everyone and everything — and somewhere in the middle of all of it, you can lose the thread back to yourself.
Ground is a monthly evening gathering for women who need somewhere to just be for a while.
No agenda. No performance. No expectation to arrive feeling okay — or to leave feeling transformed. Just a quiet, held space where you can put everything down for an hour or two.
