Breathwork or Somatic Alignment — what's the difference?
Both work with the body, the breath, and the nervous system. The difference is in the delivery. Breathwork is our group practice — a structured 90-minute session held at our Studio or St. Canice's Hall. Same shape every time. The breath leads. Somatic Alignment is private and tailored to you — a 1:1 or small-group session led by your Nervous System and what your body is bringing on the day. Most people try Breathwork first because it's the easier entry point. Some prefer to go straight to Somatic Alignment for personalised work.

Our in-person work is rooted in two spaces — The Studio, where 1:1 Somatic Alignment and breathwork classes are held, and The Cabin, where reflexology and energy healing sessions happen. Both are quiet, private, and built for the body to feel at ease.
SOMATIC ALIGNMENT 1:1
Somatic Alignment is our 1:1 work — a session tailored to what your body is bringing on the day, available privately or in a small group of 6 people.
Many of the people who come to us have already tried to understand themselves — through reflection, therapy, reading, talking things through. What confuses them is that even when life is okay, the body still reacts.Somatic Alignment works with that part. It meets the body where it is, gently, and supports it to do what it already knows how to do — move towards balance. Sessions blend breath, gentle movement, and body-based inquiry. There's no pressure to share, perform, or make anything happen. Your nervous system sets the pace.

People carrying chronic tension, stress, or pain. Anyone wanting deeper, focused nervous system support — privately or in a small group setting
1:1 in-person — €150 per session, 2 hours Small group in-person — €70 per person, 6 people, 2 hours, held monthly at The Studio

CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK
Breathwork is our group practice — a structured 90-minute session where the breath itself does the work.
Calm isn't something you can think your way into. It's something the body has to experience. Conscious Connected Breathwork uses a continuous, guided breath pattern to gently shift how the body is holding itself — softening tension, releasing what's been carried, and bringing the nervous system back into a more settled state. This isn't about breathing "correctly" or forcing relaxation. It's about creating the conditions where the body can let go on its own.
Who it's for:
People new to body-based work who want a gentle entry point. Anyone wanting a regular practice that helps them reset and regulate.
Drop-in classes — €30 per session, 90 minutes held every second week at St. Canice's Neighbourhood Hall, and on alternate weeks at The Studio. Deeper Dive — €70 per session. A longer, more immersive monthly session at The Studio. The same Conscious Connected Breathwork practice, but with more space — for emotional release, deeper work, and integration. Held in a smaller group.
1:1 sessions are also available on request.

Reflexology & Energy Healing
Reflexology & Energy Healing is the quietest of our offerings — a 1:1 treatment held at The Cabin, designed to do nothing but help you rest.
Some weeks ask a lot of you. Some weeks just need a soft place to land.There's no demand on you here — to share, to do, or to make anything happen. Some clients drift into deep silence. Others want to talk things through. Both are welcome.Reflexology works through reflex points connected to the whole body — predominantly through the feet, but also through the hands, face, and head. Combined with intuitive energy work, the session gently invites the nervous system to drop out of the doing and into rest.
Who it's for:
Anyone needing a quiet reset. Stress relief, nervous system support, or simply time to unwind. A good entry point if other modalities feel like too much right now.
1:1 in-person — €70 Duration: 60–75 minutes. Held at The Cabin

Where The Reset Series gives you focused tools for specific states, these two programmes go deeper.
Each is a six-module, on-demand programme designed to be taken at your own pace.
One is for understanding the work. The other is for living it.
They work as standalones, or together - most people who do both find one supports the other.

Most people start with the Nervous System programme to understand the work, then move into Align to live it. But you can take them in either order. A bundle option will be available when both are live.
We also gather, in person.
Alongside our regular sessions and programmes, we run smaller, themed experiences throughout the year — held in intimate groups of 6 to 8 people.
Ground — our monthly restorative gathering for women. Gentle meditation, sound, hands-on energy healing, and angel cards.

This can include families, couples, close friends, or groups coming together around grief, transition, or shared experiences.
